Since Vision Arc LLC primarily provides drone services (aerial photography, videography, mapping, etc.), refunds are generally not offered once a service has been delivered or initiated.
2. Project Cancellation
- If a project is canceled before work has started, a full or partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
- If the project is canceled after work has begun, charges will apply based on the amount of work completed.
3. Equipment Purchases
If our website or business facilitates the sale of drone-related equipment:
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase, provided the product is unused and in original packaging.
- Refunds will be processed after inspection.
- Shipping or handling fees are non-refundable.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and issued to the original payment method.
